The Full Story
Welcome to inspired efficiency
Dawnell Kelly,
Auxly Founder & CEO
Dawnell is a Fractional Project Strategist and ForbesWomen contributor. She served in the Navy as a shipboard firefighter, got a degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire, and shifted gears into the world of women-led businesses. She created the 1-2-3 method that is taught in STEM classes and published in ForbesWomen.
She streamlines operational processes and leads high level projects for elite service providers. Clients range from muralists to coaches, authors, mentors, educators, and more. She focuses on providers that are ready to make an impact, but their time is limited.
Dawnell founded Auxly Help based on her personal vision. Using her values as a guide, she has also discovered a fulfilling purpose within Auxly Help - to empower future women business leaders.
Dawnell's dream is creating an internship program for UWEC and CVTC entrepreneur students. This program will allow these women to learn the real lessons that text books and studying don't teach. She's passionate about preparing these students for life-long success - in and out of their business.

FROM THE VERY START
Auxly Help was founded to empower the next generation of female business leaders. Those with full potential, a range of abilities, and the aspirations to achieve their dreams. We believe that providing paid internship opportunities to young women of diverse backgrounds sets a positive entryway into the world of women-led businesses.
